Dyna 2004, oil leak getting bad now. Is there an easy way to find where its coming from and repair or is it a case of old vehicle and seals are just showing age and are shot??

Clean all the oil off as best you can, soak everything in brake cleaner, leave it for a drive or two, and re-inspect to narrow down where the oil is coming from

When you say soak in brake cleaner do you mean any areas covered in oil under engine??

Yeah just liberally spray brake cleaner and wipe with a rag, should clean it well , come back shortly after and re-inspect

You will destroy your expensive shirt with that oil, wear old clothes.

Gunk to spray on and soak in and a high pressure sprayer works wonders , and you never said where said leak is as engine oil is dirty and gearbox is clean.

If you skip on servicing engine oil seals go hard and oil leaks from those seals.

Make of car model petrol or diesel and high mileage , any sign of heaps of oil around engine or splashing on the bonnet.

Oil light switches on Opel Corsa would throw out some amount of oil and hope you dipped your for oil
