Credit Note From FedEx

    Paid a very large customs charge over 3 years ago through Fedex. Earlier last year I challenged it, stating that I should not have been charged customs. It took a year and a half but customs refunded my money to FedEx, who then provided me with credit note for the amount (minus FedEx's charge). The problem here, is that FedEX have not given me the money back, I just have a piece of paper stating I have a credit note and I am owed the money. I've rang FedEx multiple times only to be told to contact the FedEx/customs department by email. Normally the money would be refunded back however, given the length of time that's not possible. Nobody will respond my emails, Its been more than 6 weeks.

    Has anybody got any ideas?

    If the amount is significant, then Small Claims could be the only option if Fedex are not respoonding.
