Looks very like a Renault Arkana to me.

Nasty looking yoke, pretty dull performance and poor range

Will be around 45k here too.

Doesn't do it for me. I think it looks dated and a bit bland. The front doors look like someone put a dent in them with their knees.

Looks really are subjective but you describe this as classy and ioniq 5 as dull (design and car awards by the bucket load)!

C4 isn't has moved on in looks much for me since the cactus released in 2014 (bit more angles and chrome but nothing wildly different). I used to drive a xsara but C4 (first few generations awful looking things) replaced it and citreon hasn't done much for me since.

I think your fairly niche in that view but each to their own.

Yes hate it when a company thinks the only something could look good is going to the past. The Ionic 5 has lots of retro 80s looks to it and while it might appeal to some it does not to me. It's screens inside too look nasty and cheap.

Audi done the same for years making dashboards that looked like they were taken from cars from the 80s but were modern and how dull and boring they were.

They seem to actually be designing decent looking cars again do. There is hope for Audi yet.

I prefer to look forward and not into the past our lives on this planet are short enough.

Mmm you won't be happy about this then

Also citreon has done that many times the original C4 was a nod back to the 2CV also

Similar segment to the Arkana but definitely pulls off the look far better. I think the rear looks great but front just seems not quite there. Like it needs to be a bit more focused?

Downside is still the battery size and price though... I suppose if they fixed the pricing it wouldn't be as bad. Cheapest e-C4X is 39K! thats with no options and base colour.

Shocking ugly looking thing. I wouldn't be caught dead in one and I've just picked up a Kona (no looker itself). Your definition of 'classy' is a bit mad IMO. Do you even drive or did you mention that you had sight issues? It's easy to be a hurler on the ditch but not when you're spending actual cash.

Regardless, I think Stellantis are launching a range of very mediocre electric vehicles atm. Range just isn't there and the prices are optimistic to say the least. Hard pass. I wouldn't say no to a C5X though. Nice bus with a bit of elegance.

Really. Why do you think it's Ugly? It's just like a smaller version of the C5 X.

It's nice that there is a bit more choice put there for people and a saloon availible now too.

I think in fact the Citroen e C4-X is the first all electric saloon availible here.
