Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Transferring WhatsApp from phone with damaged screen to other phone

    I dropped phone A onto floor, screen damaged (even with a screen protector).

    I took SIM out of phone A, installed in phone B.

    Phone B works, I made and received calls and SMS.


    I want to install WhatsApp on phone B, so I download it.

    At the installation, it asks for my number, and then offers me a choice: send SMS to that number or ring that number.

    When I choose send SMS, phone A beeps.

    When I choose ring me, phone A beeps.

    Phone A screen is so damaged, I can't use the keypad.

    Why isn't WhatsApp sending the SMS to phone B?


    I welcome any advice.
