BA Dublin Airport

Does anyone know if BA lets you check in luggage the night before like Aer Lingus does? I’ve checked their website and it says they do but the information seems to be specifically for airports in the UK.

Also the flight is a code share with Aer Lingus so I’m wondering if I can check the bags in with them if BA doesn’t do it?

    Thx

Firstly you need to identify the actual carrier. EI flights from T2will have BA flight numbers in addition to actual BA flights from T1. I would be very surprised if you could check in baggage on a BA-operated T1 flight.

Thanks - the carrier is Aer Lingus so can I check in luggage the night before (with AE) even though the ticket is issued with BA?

Mandarin Airlines doesn’t fly to Dublin but I suspect EI will look after you nicely.

Typo 😀. Managed to do checkin and baggage drop this evening with Aer Lingus. Luggage tags printed with final destination airport so happy days. BA don’t have baggage drop the night before at DUB but since it was a code share the BA booking ref was recognised by AL system.

sometimes technology is a wonderful thing!
