Any recommendation on where to get an appointment for Schegen Visa?

    Hey everyone!

    This is probably not a great place to ask because the majority of you here won't need to get a visa to travel to Europe, but does anyone have any recommendation on where to get an appointment for a Schengen visa? I’ve tried checking France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Poland, and Austria for an appointment, but all of them are at full capacity. I really want to travel but stuck here in Ireland because I need visa to travel anywhere and Irish visa doesn't allow me to travel anywhere in Europe, even the UK needs a separate visa.
