Delayed gladiolus

I am hoping to have gladiolus flowers for a wedding on Oct 1, bulbs are in the fridge at the moment and apparently it takes 3 months from planting to flowering. Because I’ll be planting at a warmer time of the year will they be faster to flower ? Info appreciated
