If you're camping then just fill a Ziploc bag with your spirit of choice and stuff it in your little backpack, they generally don't check campers going in.

If your just heading for the day, Ziploc bag in the bra and a hoodie on so you don't have square boobs, or if you have a clutch, hide the bag in there and leave at the bottom of the backpack.
