Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Body moisturizer routine/products?

I'd been using Nivea spray moisturizer with coco-butter, if for no other reason than it's so easy to apply.

Especially for the back which is obviously impossible to reach properly without a spray.

I keep a good tan going so need to exfoliate (loofah) and moisturize regularly to keep the skin in good condition and therefore tan looking deep.

Nutrient wise I have my regular carrot juice drink going on, fat soluble vitamines A, D, E, K so that's looked after.

But topical wise, given the diversity of products I use on my face, should there be more consideration to body skin than one moisturizer?

I tried "body butter" before but it's laborious to apply. Any experience and/or recommendations with body moisturization?

I also have a couple rough patches of skin, not quite "Keratosis pilaris" but just kind of rough, for which I also use a 1.5 mm derma roller, will see how that works out.

    .......

Looking on Irish shelves specifically for products - Boots, Tesco, etc.

If there's a recommendation I could stretch to Amazon, etc.?

In physics we trust....... (as insanely difficult to decipher as it may be)
