Loose connection? Are u able to see a graph of the panel voltage?

Strange as showing no voltage on either string. Would anyone has turned the dc disconnect switch under the inverter (small black round switch at bottom front left)

If not that have you fireman switch installed at panels? Perhaps a fault there. Any tripped breakers in your consumer unit?

Have you tried turning everything off/on?

I turned the isolator under the inverter off last night, nothing happened. About a minute later I turned it on and I could hear the automatic fireman shunt moving and the inverter started giving a No Grid warning. Then 30 seconds later, the shunt moved again and the warning went away. That doesn’t feel right to me, shouldn’t it have moved when I turned off the isolator?

I’m not 100% sure how to turn the inverter off and on. There’s a black knob on the bottom that I haven’t touched but I’m not sure if there’s more to it than that?

I tried tripping the PV fuse beside the consumer panel downstairs but it made no difference. Everything else there looks good.

Tyo can reboot inverter from the menu or just power off PV, AC and Battery input to inverter and it will go down.

Small update on this: the supplier thinks that the automatic fireman’s shunt might be the issue. They’re going to call me (soon hopefully) with an update.
