Am I allowed do a test drive car from dealershop if I don't have any insurance? Who will be liable if somebody else hit me when i'm driving? What is my liabilities if I hit someone?

Dealers have no problem giving me car for test drive, without even asking any documents/name.

Yes. Dealers have cover for test driving but you need to have a driving licence to be covered on the public road.

If you crash, the dealers insurance will cover it.
