Folks,
I have a disciplinary hearing in work next week and was looking up the correct procedures that need to be followed
An employer must provide you with information on disciplinary procedures 28 days after you commence work and my current employer didn’t do that and still hasn’t over a year on.
What happens if they haven’t done so?

Most companies publish it somewhere - handbook, website etc... have you checked or asked colleague?

A lot of company's include a line about it in your contract too to cover themselves i.e. all employees must make themselves aware of disciplinary policy and procedures.
