Foldable parking bollards - do I need planning permission

    Hi there,

I own a house in a private, new estate. I do have 2 parking spots in front of my house, that belong to my house. They were marked with my house number/street name and were part of the sale. They are also on the ground of private estate (not taken by the council). It's not a driveway. Do I need planning permission to install foldable bollards? I want to prevent people from parking in my spots. Thanks.

This will be a matter between you and the the management company, not the local council.
