I got a call back from the agent but just got generic "We'll call back when ready for viewing". They also said the estimated completion date is about Dec 22. That's somewhat suspicious as Google maps shows the site open since 2019.
I welcome any info from the locals, or anyone more informed about the development.
Thank you for your email, I have attached information on the 3 bed duplex which are 90 sq m - 365k. Work has not yet started on the site and the builder has advised us that the first units will be completed early 2023.
We are now accepting booking deposits of €8,000 from purchasers who wish to reserve a property from plans, this booking deposit is fully refundable until such time as Contracts are signed.
