Porsche 944 Power steering rack rebuild

The power steering rack on my 944 has sprung a leak so one of the internal seals has failed which is a common enough issue on these. I know you can buy a seal kit online and DIY it but I would rather have a professional carry out the work. There are a few places in the UK that can do it, but I would rather not have to deal with the hassle and potential customs issues with sending a rack over and then back.

Does anyone know of anywhere in Ireland that carries out this type of work at all?

They are no longer in business unfortunately. I found a place in Dublin that quoted me but it was on the high side so I ended up sending it to the UK after all to a Porsche specialist with a reasonable rate. Thanks anyway.

A bit late now I know for the OP but a few years back I got a driveshaft shortened in a place on the Longmile Road. They reconditioned steering boxes and steering racks as well, on the left hand side heading towards The Naas Rd.
