Apple News headlines widget set to US news sources

Yesterday I had to do a Reset Settings to fix a few problems. Doing this added the Apple News app to my Home Screen and changed the headlines widget to US news sources. Up until the reset the headlines widget showed Irish news. Anyone know how I can change it back?
