lamb problem

We have a 3 and half month lamb, who recently recovered well from watery mouth. she is out in field with the rest of flock. Mother initially did not have enough milk, she 1 of 3 lambs. so was bottle fed.

However, recently we noticed that she does not seem to be able to either chew properly or is not digesting the grass properly. she tends to eat longer bits too. We have to take the grass buildup out of her throat, couple times a day, which sometimes is right down her throat. She obviously not getting much grass down, as her stomach goes in and she just sits along the fence. she is eager for food. We are supplementing with bottle milk and lamb pellets, she not so keen on them, to get something into her. Vet checked her over, teeth included and gave muscle relaxant for throat and stuff for rumen. Didn't seem to have much effect.

She seems healthy and active enough like the other lambs, but this is happening everyday.

Has anyone come across this and found a solution as to what to do, PLEASE!!
