2 years later- solicitor not sent on title deeds to bank

hi, just received a letter from our (bank) mortgage provider to say that they have still not received the title deeds to the house we moved into in march 2020 from our solicitor despite numerous attempts to contact them? i will obviously contact the solicitor, but is this something i should be worried about ?
