Is it a problem that the pipe filling toilet 'shudders' after flushing and sometimes at random

Hi. Recently a plumber fitted a new ballcock to toilet. At end of flush the pipe makes a shuddering noise for a few seconds. Occasionally tjis also occurs at random. It dont bothrr meunless it could lead to a problem Any advice welcome! DM
