Windows look dirty between panes

Not sure if this is normal or not, but I just cleaned the windows and the sun is shining on them at a low angle, I can see what looks like fine dust between the panes, they are double glazed argon filled. Now that the sun has gone down they look crystal clear, normal or not? edit: just read this, maybe that’s my “issue” -…
