Windows look dirty between panes

    Not sure if this is normal or not, but I just cleaned the windows and the sun is shining on them at a low angle, I can see what looks like fine dust between the panes, they are double glazed argon filled. Now that the sun has gone down they look crystal clear, normal or not?
