Staying in playa del ingles or maspalomas or the capital city.P del I-Hotel Rui Don Miguel-beside the Yumbo Centre(5 minutes or less) with restaurants and bars. Also,an english bar - Benny Hills on the same street as hotel with ramp down to it.In the capital there are plenty of hotels on Las Canteras beach with lots of restaurants

Radisson Blu Mogan is nice. Mogan is a nice resort. Was there in Jan 2020, lucky to have got the holiday in before the Pandemic in March.

It is a short stroll to the main centre, so not sure it will work with mobility issues. The spa is nice and the service was good there. Would return.

Have a look at the Riu Palace Maspalomas, recently renovated, was always well reviewed, post renovation reviews are very good, they offer half board. Short enough walk to Melonares, 10/12 minutes which is more upmarket than Playa del ingles, one possible negative for you is that the beach shore is a 20 minute trek through the dunes which may not suit if you’re beach bums. Short cheap taxi to Playa del Ingles if that’s what you want

e5 minimum taxi fare-daytime rates.e6 night time min rate from R P Maspalomas to Playa del Ingles taxi rank on beach
