I sent an enquiry about an invoice to GoCar Customer Service in April and they still haven't replied (mid-June), despite two reminder e-mails.
I sent a different enquiry (about refunding the fuel because I couldn't get to an Apple/Circle K garage) this week and received 3 acknowledgements from Zendesk of receipt but no reply to the enquiry. Their messaging system doesn't seem to be operating correctly.
Is anyone else finding delays or problems with GoCar Customer Service? Before covid, they were excellent in replying.
