What do I want? Question on immersion tanks and pumps

We've an old bungalow in the country with a well. The hot water tap delivers very slow flowing water which is luke warm when the oil heating is on and not hot at allwhen oil is off as the immersion appears to be broken. The copper tank looks ancient so we need to replace it and a new immersion that will work in the summer…

The copper tank looks ancient so we need to replace it and a new immersion that will work in the summer for hot water. I think we need a pump to improve the hot water pressure too. Can I get a combined high pressurised tank that does both?
Any I have seen in searches say they are not suitable for a well but not sure I am searching for the right thing.
We want good pressure for a couple of showers and bath in particular.
