Car is an xtrail if that is of any importance. I drive at least 2k km a month so lots of mileage. Tyres were new 6 months ago.

Pulled a nail out and no hissing or real noticeable air loss. Have a inflator that I've hooked up to see if it drops below 30.

Question is though would the tyre be compromised in any way?
