Classic cartoons - where to watch?

    Hello,

    Does anyone know which streaming service, if any, have classic cartoons like Animaniacs, Tas-mania, Looney toons etc?

    Or if not a streaming service, where I could buy them digitally?

    Any options I've seen appear to be US services only. Seems a shame they're not carried by any mainstream service in Ireland (that I can tell anyway). Would be great if the entire Warner Bros. catalogue was available somewhere.
