    Can it be done?

Has anyone managed to do this.

I'm wondering if you let the air out of the tyres or remove the steering wheel could it work.

I haven't a towbar so a trailers not an option.

A few minutes with a measuring tape should answer your question.

What model lawnmower ? Has it a grass box…..(still think any decent ride on won’t fit). If you could bring in 3 loads you may have a chance. Remove deck as one load, grass box and finally main body

Cut the roof and hinge it. Bate down the wheel arches and put on narrow wheels.

Think we're in Donald Rumsfeld territory here, though letting the tyres down and removing the steering wheel from a Berlingo sounds like a good idea

Yes. A castle gardens twin cut will fit. You’ll need to remove the brackets that hold the grass box to close the doors (4 bolts)

nothing else needs to be removed

Agonisingly close but unfortunately no was the answer.

The steering wheel off would have let it in but it was just too damn akward.

    Thanks for the replies.

Fair play to you if you managed this.

As it happens it is a castle garden twin cut.
