Hello . auto up to 3 years no ntc disk. Do I go abroad, e.g. Germany or France, do I need to have some confirmation of the ntc review? is it automatically in the database?

No, German or French police won't have access to any database which will confirm that you have valid NCT.

All is depending on them having valid info about NCT rules in Ireland, that cars up to 4 years old don't need it.

if you have car insured in Ireland perhaps it could be an issue your insurance not being valid if you have accident. Presume once the car is old enough to need NCT insurance will require it.

If you insuring it in foreign country would register it there and follow their rules.
