Ruler is not enough, vernier caliper would do better. Thread pitch is also important in that matter, btw. So it'd probably be the likes of M10x1.25, conical seat.

    What car?

Wheel nuts or bolts / studs are the common terms used.. then which specific vehicle they are used for. As in :" i need a complete set of wheel nuts for my 1955 Ford 100E ".

Trailerstuff or trailerspares.ie or any car trailer dealer near you. More likely M12 but if you haven't a calipers use a 10mm or 12mm open spanner to measure the thread. Make sure you get one with the right cone taper or it'll loosen, 3 common types are dome,45 degree & 60 degree. that looks like 60. Don't use a longer bolt - it'll break the brake linkages when the wheel spins.
