EDT Lessons Disappeared

Hi Everyone

I had a test booked for next Friday and it was cancelled.

I didn't think too much of it at the time but re-reading the email one of the issues said was it would be cancelled if your EDT weren't completed. I logged in just to check and none of them are appearing in my list. I have them completed as I have sat and failed the test before.

Over COVID I renewed my licence online using my PSC card and my new permit now shows my middle name whereas before it was just my first name. Driver number is the same and I never let it lapse.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

The RSA would be worth a call directly, could be a system issue on their side that needs to be sorted.

Forgot to update the thread.

Did this the following morning. Person on the phone confirmed that my lessons are logged on their side and the reason for the cancellation was unrelated to any EDT lessons and that my booked for the next test is confirmed. She did advise to try log in using just my first name but that doesn't work, which I'm not overly fussed about as long as it's in the system somewhere that I've done all of the lessons, though it may have been a different story for example if I was only in the middle of completing them.
