Emergency Passport Question

    Hi there,

    A family member passed away in the UK. Our youngest is awaiting his passport renewal which is scheduled to arrive next week. His passport was renewed online prior to this tragedy. We cannot book flights as his current passport expires the end of July. We do not want to travel without him.

    Any advise welcome, I'm unable to get anyone on the phone or webchat.
