    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me here.

Renovating an existing house, we are applying for the grants on the SEAI website. Do we have to go with the current one stop shop providers or can we just go with our own builder who is registered with SEAI anyway.

If our builder is not on the providers list which has 5 or 6 on it, is our only option to apply for the individual grants.

    thanks in advance

If your builder is a SEAI registered installer just nominate him on your application for the individual grant measures.
