    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me here.

Renovating an existing house, we are applying for the grants on the SEAI website. Do we have to go with the current one stop shop providers or can we just go with our own builder who is registered with SEAI anyway.

If our builder is not on the providers list which has 5 or 6 on it, is our only option to apply for the individual grants.

    thanks in advance

Is the builder registered for each of the tasks you will be claiming for.

Many businesses are registered for doing attic insulation but few are registered for heat up upgrade for example.

    Hi Mick,

Yes the builder is fully registered, plumber registered for heat pump, but what i'm wondering is can i apply for things like changing the windows by going down this line or does it have the be one of the 5 or 6 contractors / providers which SEAI have advertised on the one stop shop page.

Windows and external doors only included if you go for the one stop shop.
