Clean all the seats with a proper shampoo etc. Clean the dashboard. Might be something proper for the ceiling?

Vanilla essence can be a good maskign for the smell. Baking powder can help to neutralise ordours. These two don't get rid, but just mask the odour. A proper clean and ventilation will be required.

    Hahaha, good one

Quit smoking in the car, chem cleaning/valeting interiors/fabrics might help

Replace pollen filter too and get one of those AC cleaner bomb type devices to clear the system...don't do any of this until the fabrics of the car have all been cleaned down from seats to carpets, otherwise problem will remain. Roof liner should be cleaned down too, also all internal glass.

I'd take it to a detailer for a proper deep interior clean might cost €120+ just for the interior but it would be better job than your normal valeting service
