I'm looking for coconut extract. Not coconut essence or creamed coconut!. I add it to homebrew stout for flavour. Only extract works well. Shops around dublin would be ideal. Thanks

For baking, I've found essences quite weak so I now use flavdrops from MyProtein. A few drops give a strong flavour so use carefully. I imagine they would work for your homebrew too.

Try Asian stores - I have bought it in Kwality foods Rathmines before.

Thanks. I'll look them up. Tried the asian shop in swords but don't stock it. I'll try Asia Market in town when I'm in next.
