Started a new job last week and have been told that I have been awarded full tax credits from Revenue. can anyone tell me will I be emergency taxed or what way will my tax situation be do I have an initial 12k tax free. I can’t remember as I was with my last employer 16…

So long as the job has been registered with Revenue, you should be allocated your full tax credits. Emergency tax should only apply where the job isn't registered, and they're not able to tie your credits to that employment.
