I have an overbite

    I have been grinding my teeth for years, I now have an overbite and my lower jaw is is going back and up. its horrible and my confidence is gone , What can I get done to help?

    Go to your dentist - and they will refer you to an orthodontist, or surgeon if necessary. At 29 I had what I consider fairly major upper jaw surgery, and 3 years later have braces still, and a double jaw surgery this year. Best decision I ever made.
