Ticketmaster - lost hardcopy ticket

A friend bought tickets for a gig and received them by post, unfortunately one of the tickets has since been lost. Is there anyway to get it replaced, ticketmaster faq seems to say its like cash, once its gone its gone but thought the wise people here might have a workaround. Could she transfer the ticket to my account as…

Could she transfer the ticket to my account as an e-ticket? Or does she need to contact TM and say none of the tickets arrived? Gig is not for another few weeks.
