Quick question. What is the notice period from a landlord in relation to a commercial property (no business was conducted on site).
Original term of lease has expired and total duration of useage is over 7 years (but less than 8).

This is incorrect. A tenant in situ for more than 5 years has a right to a new lease for 25 yrs.

Thanks for this. So I've been using the property for 7 years. Original lease agreement ended after 12 months, so assumption would be it's a periodic tenancy. There is a claim that it's a "month to month" lease by the other party. I'm just trying to get my ducks in a row and understand my rights.
