    I don't know what a tracker mortgage is or how to send a PM

    And I cannot find how to in the search area

    please advise thanks

    Click on a username to visit their profile and then click Message in the top right:

    Sometimes when you click on a username a popup is shown with the Message button there instead:

    If the user's profile is private and you cannot view their profile page, then you can go to https://www.boards.ie/messages/add/<Username here> send them a PM that way instead.

    No worries. Another option is to click on the envelope icon beside your profile image and then select the New Message icon from there:
