Possibly a dumb question but is it possible to claim anything back from VHI on an expense at a VHI Swiftcare clinic?

Will depend on which plan you're on. Best thing is to download the statement of benefits for your plan and see if it's covered. And take a look at the website below. Where it says.... Many of our plans provide cover towards the suite of care provided. Visits to Urgent Care are fully covered on several plans with an excess. https://www1.vhi.ie/360health/costs-benefits
