MUD requisition - Apartment Sale - Fees

I have just put in for a MUD requisition for the sale of an apartment in Dublin and the managing agents are looking to charge a fee in excess of €400.

Is this normal? I know they have a right to charge an administration fee but this is taking the proverbial ____ IMO. A family member recently sold an apartment and was charged €60.

Has anyone else had any experiences - this to me is extortion, they have all the power in the relationship and I am powerless.

We had to pay 380 last week for MUDs. So close enough. Ours was a terraced house so I'd say it's more expensive for apartments in a block

There is work in it, but its a massive development and they "should" have all the details to hand. 4 properties sold this year so far.
