Why are GP refusing to take new patients in Leixlip

    I just returned back to Leixlip from England and Scotland.

    I was registered with Dr M Fay. I had to ask for copies of my medical records to be sent to my GP in UK.

    Alas, I now back in Leixlip but the surgery refused me, saying they are not having new patients
