Any one know about an amateur orchestra in Drumcondra circa 1969/1970?

They gave a concert in the old St Francis Xavier Hall, Dublin. The conductor was a small middle aged man who lived in Drumcondra and played the clarinet. There was a tenor and Minstrel songs, a sharpshooters march, Moonlight Serenade etc.
