Philips PUS7906 Picture/Sound Settings

I have looked online and a lot of settions mentioned are different, like say Gamma -3 whereas I had mid etc or mention colour setting and I have no colour setting If anyone has any ideas on whats the best setting for general TV (SOME 4K etc, but mostly 1080) with no gaming Thanks
