Aluminium Coffee Capsules

Hello fellow EnvironMentalists,

Try as I may, I have yet been able to find a place to recycle those Nespresso-type coffee capsules en masse.

You can bring the capsules back to most respective manufactures, but in practice it is a little arduous to separate different brand's capsules and bring them to several different places. I am hoping I can bring a large box of used capsules somewhere to be recycled. Does anyone have any experience of somewhere that does this (preferably around south Dublin)?

i think you can cut them open, compost the contents, and throw the empty capsules in your green bin.

best bet in the long run is to find a more environmentally friendly way to make your coffee, if you can.
