Heating control query

I have a question about remote access heating controls.

Myself and my siblings inherited the family last year. None of us live in the area and we are aiming to Airbnb it. It is a big house with high levels of heat loss. The old oil ext boiler is currently controlled by an apt timer.

Is there a control that we can remotely monitor the on/off status and usage? If the house is vacant is there a way that we can turn on/off the boiler? It would also be good to warm up the house before people arrive. There is also a need to keep an eye on those who turn it on on arrival and don't switch it off for a week.

    TIA
