Just looking for some advice , what would you do if you were in my shoes

    Somebody I know, bought a motorbike, a 400cc

He has just passed a theory test last month

I've spotted him taken the bike out without insurance and without sitting any IBT seasons, he told me in conversation he has no insurance but he's only going for short rides

He is also bragging about his bike rides on his facebook page with over 20 other people congratulating him and saying "well done " and other people saying "seen you there yesterday your doing a great job"

I know he is breaking the law, In fact I am appalled because iv seen him taken a child on the back of the bike and him having no experience of driving a bike before buying this bike very recently. He is putting other road users lives at risk as well as his own and his child! 😡😡
