I was looking at buying the Fold 3 and I noticed there are new ones on sale cheaper on adverts. How are they able to sell cheaper and is it legitimate?

could be a factor but Samsung price control so more likely a grey market from other jurisdiction. Just want to check they are real sellers of real phones and not fakes/defective etc..

Use common sense. I'd only be buying from a shop from Adverts. Not any random profile.

Could be stolen, could be transfer cash to a safety deposit box in Zaire etc etc.

Meet in person, see goods, see they work, make purchase, added security if they have the original receipt.

This lad here is one of the best phone sellers on adverts.

I bought of a phone shop on adverts a few months back, he had some little shop in clondalkin village. Had such a pain in the backside dealing with him on a brand new phone which had a faulty screen. He wouldn't take responsibility for it and tried to send me off to Xiaomi to get the phone fixed under warranty. I only bought the thing 3 days before hand. I had to mention my consumer rights to him and make a complaint about his store before he agreed to replace the thing for me. He was also a highly recommend seller..... BS.

I've gotten 4-5 phones off this lad over the years (for myself and family members). Always in perfect condition and as cheap as you'll find anywhere else.

Does anyone know where their shop is based? Not clear from adverts where it is.
