    Hi Folks,

21-year-old female, 6 months on an N plate with a crash claim where they were in the wrong. Anyone know will they (aviva or anyone else) give them insurance again? And if yes what kind of €'s would it be?

    cheers

If it was no fault and the claim is finalised it should be entirely normal.

If not it could be expensive.

You'll always get insurance again, you can use the Declined Cases Committee of Insurance Ireland, but it won't be cheap as you've had a claim made.

I guess it depends on size of claim too
