Article says their deli counter has stopped using foil too. Were the junkies coming in and asking for a breakfast roll, but "hold the sausage, rasher, egg, pudding, ketchup, butter and bread roll"? Or has he really just got something against feeding junkies that are willing to pay for food, but also want to upcycle the wrapper?

i once had a conversation with a taxi driver about being offered (IIRC) unwrapped turkish delights by a junkie who had robbed them and didn't want the chocolate. apparently one pub in dublin city centre had called the plumbers in to unblock a loo and it was full of them.
